Only sixty-six years separate Orville and Wilbur Wright’s famous first flight from Neil Armstrong stepping foot on the moon. Could the Wright brothers have envisioned what their achievement could have led to just sixty-six years later?

What will our world be like in sixty-six years?

Enter a near-future world where neon-lit megacities tower above poverty-ravaged streets, and technology and psionics intertwine in a dance of wonders and perils. Terminal Zero is a cyberpunk universe, where cybernetically enhanced mercenaries, technomancers, trauma medics, media influencers, gearheads, trackers, and hackers struggle to survive and thrive in the sprawling metropolis of Chicago in the year 2089.

In this Savage Worlds campaign based upon the Interface Zero setting by Gun Metal Games, our players will step into the shoes of daring individuals whose destinies are entwined in a web of intrigue, power struggles, and corporate machinations. In a world shattered by climate change and nuclear war, once-mighty nation-states have fragmented under the strain and are now challenged by colossal corporate empires that hold dominion over the masses. Corruption lurks in every shadow, and life is cheap for those who cannot adapt to the ruthless pace of this urban jungle.

As a group of unlikely allies, they will face a myriad of challenges, from high-stakes heists in corporate skyscrapers to uncovering dark secrets buried deep within the digital realm. Technology has blurred the lines between reality and virtuality, leaving the question: Where does the human end, and the machine begin?

As they navigate the neon-lit streets and towering mega corporations, their choices will shape the fate of not only their characters but the entire cyberpunk world. Will they embrace the power offered by cybernetic enhancements and rise to prominence in this dog-eat-dog society? Or will they reject the chains of oppression and become the catalysts of a revolution?

In this campaign, the line between hero and villain is blurred, and survival requires equal parts wit, skill, and audacity. Tonight, they gather their resources, prepare their hacking rigs, and venture forth into the dystopian future where the edge of a blade or the click of a keyboard can determine life or death. Their journey awaits amidst the flickering neon lights and shadows of this cyberpunk universe.
