Do you remember the UKCCL? More than 10 seasons of 4v4 TDM. The place where TDM in the UK started!

Well I'm rebuilding the site over at http://www.ukccl.net and need results, screenies, demos, admin names etc... of anything from Season 10 onwards. As you will see I have it setup for the first 9 seasons (which I'm still adding data to), but need the rest of it's history.

I'm only concerned about the 4v4 (Bloodbath) league not the 4v4v4v4 league.

Please email me anything you have from Season 10 onwards. If you were an admin during the life of the UKCCL then email me too so I can add you to the Admin's page :)

Rico has finished the touches to his "rspctf05b beta2" map which you will need for this Sunday's matches. You can download it from here. Make sure you also have this version of Q4WCP9b as there are a couple of versions about.
Our Q4CTF Server (213.230.209.100:28016) has the map rotation set to the 2 maps for this Sunday, so using the normal match day password, feel free to join and practice them.

Both have now been installed on our servers and we will be running with them for this coming Sunday's League games. Please make sure you have downloaded them from our site on the right menu.

Finally the fixtures for the start of Season 2 are up. Check them out here. There are 3 custom maps that will be used this season:

rspctf05b will be downloadable once the creator has finished his tweaks. The other 2 however can be obtained from the right menu bar on the Q4CTF site.

Due to changes in the mods that can be used for Q4 (and players having problems with Q4MAX) we've decided to open up a poll (http://www.savageforums.com/showthread.php?t=42232) just to clarify which mod is favoured. This means the league will start next Sunday instead.

We're just waiting on the release of the Offical 1.1 Patch before we start S2. We're expecting the next Season to start on Sunday 9th April. In the mean time those that played last season will be automatically signed up for S2 unless they tell me otherwise.

For those clans that haven't emailed me yet and wish to join Season 2 please do so asap. We will be using some new maps (tbc) and be playing 2 games per fixture. Other changes to be announced soon.

We're presently testing out some new maps for Season 2. By the weekend we'd have chosen a couple of new ones for the league so bear with us for those dying to get back into the fray. In the mean time if you're not presently part of the Savage League and want to join up please email me here.

Congratulations to TJD who saw an 8-0 comfortable win keep their 100% record and finish the season 5 for 5. 2X| were hot on their heels but only a slip up by TJD in their last game against mb would give them a play-off D2 winner's place. 2X| started slowing in their match against -cLANMe- but won it eventually 8-1. Meanwhile in the 3rd D2 match s4d overcame a determined exg. side to win 5-0.

With qubism & Mi both pulling out in the final week for different reasons only one game was played in D1. AcK v DS. AcK kept their 100% record with a 6-0 win.

Congratulations to AcK and TJD again, and a big thank you to my 2 admins Gibba & Appy for making the league run smoothly.

AcK with another top performance winning 8-1 (this time over Mi), are D1 Champions even with a week left to go. DS lost to dobo in a hard fought match 7-6, whilst the qubism v oMg match was postponed. In D2 however, eXg. notched up their first win with an 8-1 cruise over struggling side -cLANMe-. s4d had a default over their no-show opposition mb whilst the D2 Champions race was between TJD and 2X| who were both on 100% records until tonight. TJD clinched it 6-4 and with both playing teams next week who are either struggling or have defaulted recently it looks to be TJD's title. But not quite yet! We'll have to wait for week 5 first :)

Q4MAX v0.72 will be needed for the Savage Q4CTF League from now on. From this moment on you will need v0.72 to connect to our servers, so make sure you are using the latest version and that you've tested it. Download from here.

A smooth enough start to the League last night saw no real problems for the admins or players. qubism v Mi was rescheduled so AcK started the Division 1 matches off by beating dobo 6-1. A close game all-in-all. dobo were 1-0 down for most of the match but AcK's 2nd started a capping spree until dobo got their flag room back. oMg were no shows so DS were awarded a default win.

Division 2 saw a comfortable 8-0 win for 2X| over new commers eXg. The TJD v s4d (expecting this to be quite a "cracker") was rescheduled so mb finished off the matches for D2 by beating -cLANMe- 8-0.
